Hi, I am an established real estate investor in Washington DC. I participate in many aspects of investing - I rehab and resell houses, find houses off-market for other investors, buy commercial property to hold for myself, and am now getting a realtors license to expand my business in that direction. The name of my business is Spring Street Properties, LLC.

My main business model is to locate distressed owners of real estate who need to sell but whose properties are not good candidates for a realtor listing. These properties can be part of an estate, have back taxes owed, can be in terrible uninhabitable condition, in bankruptcy, or some other distressed situation. My current tag line is "We Buy Property Problems!" because I buy houses directly from the seller and thus alleviate their problems.
