We need a fetching, sharp, powerful logo design for a real estate development company called 'Local Development'. The idea is that wherever we are, we are 'local'.
The company buys, zones and designs real estate, and likewise sells premium lots. We want to convey that no property/project is too big or too small.
In ads we will likewise convey the following concept: If a person already has an offer on a property, we suggest they confidentially give us 24-48 hours to make them a higher offer, i.e., to make them more money.
The design should be like the company: bold, elegant, innovative and inspiring thoughts of prosperity. It should be modern and timeless. It should work well on business cards, stationary and all forms of advertisement.
