Brand identity / logo / graphics for small local baking business

The cottage food law passed in California January 2013. I plan to take advantage of it by starting a small, local baking business targeting high-end "closing gifts" for service providers such as realtors, mortgage brokers, architects, etc. The product will be fresh, baked on demand (within 24 hours of order delivery), delicious and use high quality ingredients. The baked goods will be presented beautifully on a stoneware platter, cake stand or in a cookie jar. Gift being the total package...wrapped up glamorously and ready to present to a client.

My hope is this business will expand into personal gifts, holiday gifts, shower / tabletop "goodie" bags (picture little cellophane bags with pretty ribbons tied at the top and a stack of cookies inside that can be placed at each table setting).

The branding will need to represent fresh, high-end, modern, beautifully presented baked goods.
