Benchmark Realty Logo

Esto es lo que Benchmark Realty buscaba en su logo design

I have attached our company logo- two pictures. I need these logos digitized that is placed in a format that where i can easily use with a real estate web site.
Our base color is red and we must use the "benchmark" symbol.
The attached picture "Benchmark Logo.jpg" is a picture that i took of one of our signs. That is what i need digitized by a graphic design artist for the better resolution.
I would like it accessorized with trees or homes or buildings faded in the background or boarding it something like that to give it eye appeal. I would like it "sexed" up as much as possible.
I also provided a screen shot of a mock web site where the logo will be placed on the web site.
Font style really does not matter- it must be professional.
