Company logo for LEADEX

Esto es lo que LEADEX buscaba en su logo design

We need a logo for an Executive and Leadership coaching company called LEADEX. Please include "LEAD WITH EXCELLENCE" underneath with smaller font. It should look professional, elegant, sleek and ideally should emanate trust, excellence, power. The colors we are most interested in are red, grey, white,black but we would like to see also in dark blue or dark blue/red. Attached are sample logos which show the colors, the color gradation effect, the glow ofthe color and some logo ideas we like.
The market will be global so you can play around the idea of a globe but make it light and elegant. And it is just un idea, use your imagination to come up with your own creative designs.
Use font sans serif for the text in uppercase and we like to see the name stand out, clear and easy to read.
