I work with leaders and teams allowing them time and guidance to step back from day-to-day responsibilities in order to reassess values, purpose and strategic intent to develop a broader perspective of their leadership capacity. Through individual coaching and team development Compass specialises in delivering a depth and breadth of solutions that have proven commercial and cultural benefits to help businesses and their people grow.
