Simple menu needed for Asian food truck

We are an Asian food truck that attends big festivals. Our menu is very simple featuring only about 5 or 6 dishes, but we need big pictures and lettering to capture the attention of festival goers. Our motto is "Fresh, Authentic, Homemade", it would be great to include that somewhere. We also need a menu that possibly magnetic so that we can easily take off items that are sold out, change pricing or add different dishes for specific venues.
