International financial publisher needs an email newsletter design

We are a global financial publisher and we are launching a new email newsletter for one of our Asia titles - Asiamoney www.asiamoney.com - and we want it to have a 'fresh' look compared to the older newsletters it currently delivers - these will also be revamped at somepoint in the near future, in keeping with the design of this newsletter.
The aim of the e-newsletter is to deliver the weeks news on RMB (Chinese currency) and will be called the 'RMB Brief', and we want it to almost have its own sub-brand. However we want the e-newsletter to still feature the Asiamoney logo and to keep the link strong between the RMB Brief and Asiamoney (as it is only a part of the main product). We would like to have space for advertising* on the newsletter (I will specify where I want this, I have scanned a sketched outline/mockup and attached), areas to link to social media** and to link to other sub-products (mainly newsletters) within Asiamoney.
