Blister Packaging Design for a Mouthguard

I need a clean and professional design for a mouthguard packaging.
the design should be clean, mostly black, white and grey. it should show our logo "IQBOXING". The Frontside schould show the German word "MUNDSCHUTZ" and smaller the Term "Mouthguard". the pfont should also show some parts in german flag colors to show we are a german company. at some place there has to be a place where the different style can be inserted. 4 main styles will be: "KMPFR", "FIGHTER", "BRAWLER", "LICHT AUS"
on the backside there need to be a place for the barcode and our company adress, detailes product description an maybe a picture of a drawed mouthguard.
