Podcasting cover art

Starting a new podcast and need cover art for it.

Name of podcast: Social Media Weekly

Requirements:
JPEG or PNG file (final output). Must be created in a PSD file that I can use later to re-format to different sizes. I need 2 sizes please:
1400x1400 (podcasting cover art)
1400x700 (banner for other purposes

Items that must be on the graphic:
- The name. It should stand out and be easily read.
- Imagery: Microphone and graphics related to social media
- The text "Brought to you by", with the logo for Social Media Quickies (included)

The cover art should be FUN and should incorporate a microphone and imagery related to Social Media. It's important, however to not include any particular logos of any social media sites, so we don't run into copyright issues.
