Redesign of Mailer for Salon Suite Company

Redesign an existing postcard for a new look/feel. Current design is a bit on the "masculine" side and our target audience is predominantly female. We rent individual salon rooms to hair stylists who want to work for themselves and run their own business, but still be in a professional salon space they share with other independent salon owners.

Color wise- use our logo orange, white, light blue.

Keep the location info and the mailing label white space on the back side and the print/cut margins as currently set.

The text items can be modified as needed. We probably have too much and want to err on the side of more visual, less text- but still getting some key points across.

A look and feel I like (from another salon suite company) is Salon Lofts. I've attached a design of theirs that you can use for ideas. This web page also has some of their other print collateral that I like.
