Yearly symposium in equestrian ethology needs a poster

We need a poster for a Yearly symposium in equestrian ethology. Ethology = science which studies animal behaviours. In our case horses behaviours.
Our principal and basic thematic is "the contribution of the ethology to the human-horse relationship".
This poster wil have to be a lay out which will be used each year with an update of the content, photos following the theme.
the original file, fonts or other graphics will have to be provided with the final project. Do not forget that you will probably design it in english and we will have to translate it in french.
Through this visual we want to communicate: science, rigorous, relationship, respect and wellness of horses and human - harmony. We want to encourage critical thinking.
This year the theme will be "is the horse a therapist?"
