Include text: What are benefits of meditation-manage stress, reduce anxiety,improve relationships,create inner peace, awaken intuition, aid sleep patterns, lower blood pressure,become less judgemental, connect to spirit
2nd section- What is meditation: a tool to discover the bodies own inner intelligence.Its not about forcing the mind to be quiet, its about finding the stillness thats already there.
3rd section:
How will meditation improve my health? Doctors are increasingly citing stress as a major contributing factor to most illnesses.Research has shown meditation to be beneficial for wide range of health problems. As stress is greatly reduced through meditation- our minds and our bodies begin to function with maximum effectiveness.
