Half Sleeve Tattoo Design Needed

I am looking for a custom half sleeve tattoo design that will be for my upper arm. Dimensions of roughly 4 inches wide and 7-9 inches long (I’m also open for something that is wider at very top that would extend to chest and back, but not required).

I need three elements in tattoo, with realistic design probably being best style, incorporated together as you see fit. The first would be a human eye (light blue color), partial or whole. The second would be a clock face or pocket watch, showing mechanical gears, with the time 11:59. The final and most important part would be a unique design to represent Type 1 diabetes, with the common light blue color used for diabetes incorporated into this portion of design or throughout entire design.
