Shoulder and upper arm sleeve tattoo

The picture of me and my wife next to a football field is our first picture together from 15 years ago, I would leave it up to you how to incorporate it. The background of the tattoo or empty space I would like filled by American flag, see uploaded example. The uploaded picture of a dad holding hands with the daughter I like a lot. I would like the name Madilyn incorporated into that somehow. I would also like the dad in the father daughter holding hands pic to be a police officer(see uploads) but with firearm on right hip.
