Specific Character, "Vin", Tattoo

Artists who do not take time to understand the visual look of this character will not have their work considered for this job. I have a pin on my backpack of this character (see photo) and am thinking of doing something either similar to that or in black and white. I need someone to draw up a tattoo for me that will meet my size requirements. Her mist cloak design is especially important to me.
