one tattoo for three children

I have two living children, and one has died during birth.
The names are Moniek, Ellen and Wilhelmus. All have the 3 legged letter. And there are three children. Those combined prefereably by a circle (continueance). Mind You: The file attached is just an example and not for mandatory direction. If the image is rotated 90 degrees very time , it will make M E W 3.
