Mindful Medics is a group created in order to promote the concept of mindfulness-based stress reduction to Paramedic students. In other words, we help our members by teaching them how to cope with stress through meditation and other principles.

The design should include the phrase "Keep Calm and Meditate" on the front of the shirt, as well as all the particulars listed below. You may alter the color of the logo to match your design and add any embellishments around it. We are looking for a bright design that grabs attention.
