Corporate T-shirt design

Esto es lo que buscaba un negocio en Singapore en su t-shirt design

We need a T-shirt design for our business unit vision/project goals/strategy to be worn during Townhall events. We are in the Medical industry located in Singapore and the words that must be incorporated into the T-shirt design are:

Front of shirt : Company logo as attached (do not include BD word and tagline), instead words required be IDS Operations Singapore.

Back of shirt: Need to include words in terms of importance -
Strong team
Guaranteed Quality
Growth & Stabilization

We want a subtle design that can include some icons beside the words for example a strong team 01, Guaranteed Quality a tick, Growth maybe an arrow upwards..

T-shirt to be black color and can be round-neck or V-neck. Wordings preferably in white and colors can be used for the icons.

Have attached a rough sketch of our T-shirt for reference but do propose your designs!
