Looking for a new shirt design for our Construction and real estate development company

We need a logo for a construction/development company based out of Florida. The Name of the company is Southeast Property Services.
We would like the main colors to be red, white and blue. A flag or state of Florida background is fine.
We would mainly be looking to have the name and spot for the phone number. Ideally the background would be construction related but no specific style. we would like no tools in the design but buildings/equipment is fine.
The largest we can print is roughly 12" wide and 19" tall and it will be for the back of the shirt.
