Big Dave Energy T-Shirt Design Needed

Incorporate our friend Dave's face on front of t-shirt with 'Big Dave Energy' in words. Dave is the one in the foreground/middle. Preferable if you can make it not look like it's just the image on there but extract his face, draw it or make it look drawn, and add words.
