Tee Shirt Design 70's Surfer Classic Image

I wish to create a classic 70's vibe surf image for a back print tee shirt for our surf shop, I wish to have a surfer on a wave with Mangawhai Heads Wolf rock in the background (image attached as reference of rocks), the wording within the design is Mangawhai Aotearoa in the font attached, even a photo realistic image in Blk and wht could be cool as well.
