Educational Distance education college needs redesign of website for mobile and desktop

The design needed for both Mobile and Desktop. The website must be coded in responsive bootstrap’ . We are an online and paper notes college that needs a new design website. I've attached something I'd like to kind of have it look like and some of our assets we need to be included I have also included our colour pallet, more leaning to using all but more light blue. current bad website is acs.edu.au and you will need to get our Logo with pencil from that please .

Also , I like this template for all pages EXCEPT the front page )which I want designed similar to what is in documents)
