We need a website for an ice cream shop "shark ice cream"

We are opening an ice cream shop called "shark ice cream". We already have a logo (photo attached). The ice cream shop will be in the style of "Miami Vice" movie - palm trees, sunset, there will be a flamingo on the wall, so basically sunset, beach, Miami style. We would like the website to be colorful, colors of sunset, colorful buildings, girls wearing vintage roller skates. You can get inspiration from the "Miami Vice" movie.
