Basic Commercial & Residential Real Estate Web Site

I need a basic website for a new real estate company that deals with both residential and commercial sales. It must be clean and professional. We sell homes, office buildings, farms, and ranches. It should feel crisp and clean.
I need a main page with my logo and links to commercial, residential, farm and land searches with contact data forms. Also incorporated would be a mls property search (IDX) form. I am in Northern California and the current site I posted is at www.pbmerit.com. I need the functionality of the links and the supporting pages.
