I want my site to be similar to monsterpawn.com. Except, I will not be selling anything off the site. Would rather it just be informational. I have a logo which I would like to use.

Also, I do not need this site to be perfect. I will do a lot of altering myself and I would typically design the entire page myself but am overwhelmed with other responsibilities. Plus, you guys are great here and i've used this service before and you really give great ideas. So, I'm just looking for a template.
