I'm convinced that even just a few touches can make a big difference to add personality and professionalism to a website design, and I'm looking for someone able to use existing ideas and bring them to the next level while keeping inside some given constraints.

The actual job is to improve an existing design concept and to apply it creatively to a landing page, a simple home page, and an older web app (single page website).
