She teaches art to  children five nights a week in her Art studio for kids in Fort Erie. She has also co-ordinated and instructed an art program for Fort Erie Elementary school after school program, taught art classes at Niagara Christian Community College and created a program called 'the me you can't see' which focused on the multi cultural and low income family community, integrating art and creative self expression. Her work has been on display at the Niagara Historic Artistic Exhibition center located in Niagara Falls, Canada, the Red Ribbon Exhibition, Fort Erie, ON, Global Art Gallery, Victoria, BC, Cleoatra's Bedroom, Victoria, BC, Royal BC Museum, Victoria, BC, Rose's Art Gallery, Sault Ste. Marie, ON Recently she has written and illustrated a children's book called Shanty and Mo, featuring her son Moses as one of the main characters. The story is about a dolphin and a boy who are best friends. Together they want to get the message out about dolphins in captivity. They say that you can help dolphins just like Shanty have a better chance at staying safe and free by not going to marine parks or swim with dolphin programs- it's that simple! hide
