I am very interested in submitting some designs for you, I have experience in ad design for this particular market - is there a specific ad size/format I should work to for this sumbission?

Hi Tony,
I am so pleased you are interested in this project! We are going to be running this ad as an insert in the newspaper. The insert size is usually 21x19. Honestly I didn't think of this before but that means you have the back side for content also. In the past, our inserts have included several questions that make the reader think about their hearing. Here are some examples of questions we could ask if you want to take it this direction:
Do I have a hearing loss that needs to be evaluated by a professional?

If you answer yes to more than two of the following questions, you should have your hearing evaluated further by a certified audiologist:

Do you have a problem hearing over the telephone?
Do you hear better through one ear than the other when you are on the telephone?
Do you have trouble following the conversation with two or more people talking at the same time?
Do people complain that you turn the TV volume up too high?
Do you have to strain to understand conversation?
Do you have trouble hearing in a noisy background?
Do you have trouble hearing in restaurants?
Do you have dizziness, pain, or ringing in your ears?
Do you find yourself asking people to repeat themselves?
Do family members or coworkers remark about your missing what has been said?
Do many people you talk to seem to mumble (or not speak clearly)?
Do you misunderstand what others are saying and respond inappropriately?
Do you have trouble understanding the speech of women and children?
Do people get annoyed because you misunderstand what they say?

You mentioned having the back side also, do you mean this ad is 2 pages or is it 1 page?? So I see this ad is more a play on words that images. I'll provide sconce put soon.

Please clarify size. Are these in inches? With one is height and width?

Ok, here is some free marketing advice. For people 65 years and older, your website needs improvement. I'm under 50 and I could not locate how to purchase. On your website it should be as simple and directive as 1, 2, and 3.... Literally.

Have a large graphic 1. Dianosis, take test., 2. Fitting, locations, etc. and 3. Purchase. And a clear link on EVVERY PAGE where to purchase!

I'm submitting some ads. But directing people to your website will make them frustrated.... and they already are frustrated!
