It is a nice contest and I really want to participate on this.

I just wanted to clarify if you want us to design all 15 screens to choose a winner or you want the designers to show some specific screen designs to select a winner and then complete all the pages?

thanks for the interest. I'd think that you first come up with a design for a couple of screens (say video browsing (thumbnails + list view)/ playback) and if it's something I like I'd give you the go ahead to design the remaining screens.

In any case, the winner has to present design for all the screens in the end to complete the competition and receive the payment.

only the design (PSD) please.If you know how to code, it's even better so that you can keep in mind some restraints that come with designing a functional application.
