Headache
ear infections
throat infection
asthma
conjunctivitis/pink eyes
stye
mouth ulcers
impetigo/school sore
hand foot and mouth infection
minor head injury
excessive ear wax

the first stage is for 3 samples and then will continue with the remaining titles
