Is the budget for one or full set of listed illustrations?

i will looking at samples first so i am happy to pay for 3 samples for the amount listed
its just a start point ,then develop the remaining

Understood. Do you have some guideline in terms of style and details, maybe some similar illustration. You will be able to provide more details for each subject which needs illustration? Since you are more professional than me in medical terms, for some illustrations I don't know how should it be represented in best way, or you expect all inspiration to come from designer?
