Resumen de Diseño Artístico

We need a two page illustration for a corporate citizenship magazine (8 1/2 x 11). We are looking for an intelligent illustration showing human conection through technology or power sources. The overall theme is 'Power of Membership'. The illustration needs to depict the connection of the following 4 areas:
1. Networking within a large member organizaiton (companies)
2. Eduction of leaders and Managers
3. Products and Services to share knowledge or news
4. Convenient Customer Service

We would like the illustration to be able to both function as a whole (spread) AND allow the depictions of each of the four areas to stand alone (where we explain further that particular benefit).

• Must have a human element and the connection through power.
  
  The illustration must function as a whole (spread) AND allow the depictions of each of the four areas to stand alone (where we explain further that particular benefit).
  
  Majority of the design needs to be on the left with connecting border around the right hand content/page. (see attached for illustration space)
  
  We are looking for an illustration in the same genre of The Harvard Business Review. No cartoons. Muted colors - no neon/brights.
  Needs to be able to appeal to very intelligent business savy audience.
  
  We are an academic institution.
