No. It is a referring to color palette. In the brief I stated "I have also attached a concept comparison photo of what my vision is for the illustration to show the color palette in which I would like the illustration to be."

I have added another image to the brief of the drawing style. Cartoon type style but not childish-cartoon. See new brief attachment example. I do want it to be very colorful like the concept comparison image in the brief.
