Sorry for the late reply, I have been very busy.

The second design is better. There are a few things. The brief stated for the snake to be "well hidden." The first design accomplished this but the second did not. The vape device in the males hand from a distance, could be confused as a certain piece of the male anatomy. Also, the tree on the right side of the image tends to wash into the image and is too white I think.

I do think it is a much better second attempt but some of the details were left out based on the brief.
