Do you have an idea of how you want the design to look? - colors, shapes, text or no text, etc.

I prefer a more abstract logo that convey the Intelligent Merchandising business. You can consider using initials or text.
We have had a blue theme to our materials but I am open to all colors.
I like the idea of the logo having some "meaning" as it relates to the servicing business, not just an interesting shape.
