Hi Senja. I don't quite understand. You are right, Liechtenstein passed a referendum in 1984, which (I don't understand Liechtenstein government) made it possible to amend the constitution granting women the right to vote. Yes, it did not deny women the right to vote after that. Did I say somewhere that it did?

List 9 is a grouping of all the final countries that granted women the right to vote, beginning with Liechtenstein in 1984. Rather than break this small list into even smaller one's by decade, I've put them all together into a single final list.

Please further clarify your question, if this did not answer it for you.

I apologize for not replying until now. I have unfortunately been very focused on other matters, which is why I extended the timing for this project out for so long. I hope you may still be interested in it.

To answer your questions, AisyahArt86, Yes, definitely, you can make changes on the woman head silhouette! Feel free to design her as you feel works best. You are free to make your own style and design.

Hello designers! I have finally returned from my work on another set of projects, and the holidays. It is one reason why the timeline for this project was so lengthy. We may extend it another 5-10 days beyond the current deadline, if needed, as we really want this done right.

I've gotten at least 4 designs that are now in serious contention for becoming the winner. Some of them are still incomplete, having only begun to put the lists into the master design. Others have flaws in the woman's look or emotional tone than need to be improved. So far, no one design yet stands out to me as the likely winner.

I have offered feedback on all designs thus far submitted. At this point, I will be checking in on the status of this project on nearly a daily basis, sometimes twice or three times a day, to afford you more timely feedback at this point.

Please contact me if you have any questions. I will be much more responsive than I have been.

Dear Designers,

I will be away from this project until Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. During this time I will be unable to review new submissions. However, during this time the current designs are going to be offered up to a small group of other people, for comparison and feedback. We have some great entries, and I wish you all well with this feedback process.

Once I return to the project I will likely select the final design in short order, and will then work with the designer to finalize the design. The February 3 (new) deadline is likely to hold.

Non-word elements might be lines of hair, the outline of the woman's face, her eye or nose, etc.
