Hello,
I have submitted #23571279 and #23574013 and some linked designs for getting a clear view. Good or bad, would really like to know your feedback on the submissions so we can make improvements in the same.
And specially would like to mention that I being a woman myself, it was a pride and felt great working on such a creative project.

my final design set #23567855 waiting for review. thank you
Any update regarding the design selected?
I've finally gotten all the feedback I wanted on all the designs. I've eliminated all but 5 designs from the contest. New contest end date is April 11. 4 of the designers have been asked to submit an "upgrade" to their designs, to see if they can compete with the current design leader.
Here is a response I gave to one of our designers about the new design element I'm asking you to add:
This challenge is based on this: the current likely winner of the contest is winning because their design employs a photograph in the backdrop of their design. The design itself is a silhouette of a woman with flat squarish boxes of text inside her figure for the various lists. But that photo--which is a modified photograph that shows a sunrise over an ocean, with rays of light streaming from the dawn--evoked strong emotional resonance with our judging panel. There is a simple beauty to the design that works. That said, I do find the blockish nature of the lists to be something I'd rather see more creativity with. Thus, I'm punting this back to you other designers, to see if you can do something to adapt your design to what seems to be working best.
The challenge is for you to incorporate a backdrop sunrise into your design. Probably a photograph, as what got our panel was that the woman felt like she was coming alive, emerging into realistic photo.
In order to do this, you'll also have to do something with the final list, that currently makes the illustrative sunrise you have in your design. Possibly make that list the top strand of her hair?
But without adding something more dramatic, like that photo backdrop of the sunrise, your design won't be selected. We will select the silhouetted design as our winner. It has the most resonance with people, thus far.
Let me know if you have any more questions.
One option to go with, with this new addition to your design, is to somehow blend your sunrise into the backdrop you add. So you add a photo of an ocean and a sky. You then have rays of light emerging from your illustrative sunrise, emanating out over the water and into the sky. That might work.
We are getting close to the finish for this project, at last. I've made some requests to some designers for changes. Hopefully we will get those early in the week and can then do a final round of selection from my judging panel.
Once we know the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners, I will announce them and then double-check their lists and tweak their designs any further (if needed) before making the awards and closing the project.
The judging phase of the contest has been completed. We have told the winners who they are, and let the 4th, 5th and 6th placers know as well. We are now going to review the top three designs in detail, to provide detailed feedback to ensure each list is how we want it. Once that feedback has been provided and the winners have updated their designs as needed, we will make the awards and complete the project.
Thank you everyone for your participation and efforts!
Congrat to the winner. So supprised result ^_^
