(Professionals that predominantly use their left brain in order to carry out their specific job tasks). The portfolio consists of three major sectors: Communication (presentation skills, intercultural competence, rhetoric, body language, personality,) Business Skills (Sales, Leadership, Teambuilding, conflict management, New Work abilities, Business Intution) Health% 26amp; Vitality (stress management, resilience, embodiment) The idea is to provide an innovative concept of training, coaching and mentoring for well educated professionals that predominantly use analytical and logical skills in their work. The globalmindworks concept strongly embraces right brain activities, embodiment and general focus on wellbeing and balance. The goal is to develop stronger social, business and vitality skills so that these professionals can tap into their highest potential at work and be of best service to the company. We prepare the professionals of a company to meet the expectations and demands of the New Work environment. The New Work is defined as a very complex, volatile, unsecure, interconnected and strongly demanding environment where professionals have to live up to new high standards. In the first stages of our business model we focus on MIND / Brain professionals However, we will be expanding the target group accordingly so that professionals with other educational background like Finance, Sales, HR will be included. Always focusing on our three aspects Communication, Business Skills, Health% 26amp; Vitality. We consider ourselves as long-term business partners and target companies that offer our services to their employees directly. So, we focus on B2B business in Germany mainly. For the future we are planning to extend the concept to an international level. We are three strong and enthusiastic ladies that want to make people grow and thrive in their work environment. We are certified and trained coaches and trainers and also have a solid cooperation with other specific coaches and trainers.
