Regarding the red dots: i Imagine to have 3 dots inside the globe right where the main lines meet. Now it looks like white dots. Do you know what I mean?
I am not sure if this will look good but I would like to see it.
Or do you have an idea how to integrate „3“ in the logo?
The 3 dots shall represent our three areas Communication, Business Skills and Health&Vitality
I prefer the Be prepared. not in cursive.

Can you make the last adjustments?
