We are a business consultancy that has been operating in the New Zealand market for nearly 10 years. We work with private business owners to help them achieve clarity around what they want, when and why from their business and then help them to create plans and achieve results with clear accountability and good leadership. We do this work with our customers using up to 13 processes we have developed across governance, leadership, strategy, funding, marketing, sales, customer experience, finance. The processes are simply working through a set of the right questions and things a business owner needs to think about and answer in order to achieve clarity, create strategy and a plan of priorities and to deliver with strong leadership. We facilitate our customers through these processes and help them to find the answers for themselves. Our approach is anchored in bringing a fresh perspective to the owners business - helping them to open their eyes and see the challenges, opportunities and solutions that they may have not seen or considered before.
In building our business we have always focussed on the customer and whats important to them. All our business has come from referrals and as a result of making a positive difference, so we have never invested much time or effort into marketing ourselves. We do have a logo, but it is dated and potentially doesn't communicate a sense of who we are, what we do and what we are about, which we realise is now more important as we want to make our processes available online to help more business owners where ever they are.

We are a Confidant for our customers. (we wouldn't say that outwardly, but its fundamental to how the customer sees us and treats us as a result of the strong trusted and respected relationships we build)
Its all about our customer and their business, they are at the centre of the work and our processes focus on them
We don't over complicate - We keep what we do simple and achievable for our customers.
Different from other consultants - this is not about confusing business terms, telling, teaching or preaching. Conversely we recognise our customers know their business and they will have the answers in them if we can use a process to help them see their business through new eyes, a fresh lens - ultimately a Fresh Perspective.
Ultimately our brand needs to feel warm and approachable, whilst also knowledgeable and trust worthy. Clarity and simplicity should resonate from our pores.
