I can't seem to open the brand guideline file - is this powerpoint file? could you provide it in a different format e.g pdf

I've been designing newsletters, etc. for 30 years and understand that there could be many tweaks and changes before you have exactly what you're looking for-so no problem at all with reworks. How will you be producing this newsletter-will it be professionally printed? How many pages do you anticipate it being? Lastly, would you need the final template design actually created in Word?
