I've never designed apps graphics but I find this interesting. Could you please tell me how many views this app has (I don't own an iPhone and I don't know how apps graphics works). What is the image size/resolution? The font the app uses are picked from a font file on the phone or are raster images? If so, I ned to design all the numbers too?

Yes, numbers are raster images, but i can use the old image on the new design. It's up to you.
