Do I have to consider any partiular distribution? Are there any element that must be included in a certain position (like bottom icons I see: the three stars and th "i"). And lastly, the symbols of weather condition must be designed? If so how many and wich are they.

p.s. "dust"?! was that the weather on a desert? lol

It's up to you. I can use the old one if it fits or design new one if it's better for your design.
