Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We've got a great logo but we're hoping you can make it even better.

Golden Carrot specializes in custom designing extraordinary rewards that inspire people to act. We motivate organizations' top performing staff, engage their important trade partners and attract the attention of their customers by dangling a Golden Carrot in front of them.

Our logo is currently gold in color and makes use of a Helvetica font. It also uses Satisfaction Pro font for the tag line that supports the logo.

The overall objective of this exercise if to give the logo more textual contrast that almost makes you want to touch the logo.

We see this being achieved in two ways:

1. Adjust the logo: The logo is currently 2 dimensional. I think by giving it a slight 3 dimensional look it will lift off the page a little more. Specifically I am looking for some natural sheen (as if the logo was made from gold bullion), perhaps some shadow effects and slightly beveled edges to complete the look.

2. Add a background: We would like to create a velvet textured deep red background that directly contrasts with the smooth gold look of the logo. The logo should give off a glow effect when placed on this background.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
• The gold must be a PMS Color (not CMYK). I don't mind which one, as long as it looks like a classic gold.
• The background should be created using CMYK.
• The rope in the logo needs to be fixed so that it no longer has transparent sections in it.
• The Fonts must remain unchanged.
• The logo needs to be supplied with the background and without the background in PSD format and jpeg format.

• The existing logo must be used as the basis for enhancement. No new logo designs please.
  
  The logo must be provided in EPS format and JPG format please.

Agradable de tener

• We are open to exploring your creative ideas when it comes to the background (it doesn't necessarily have to be velvet and we invite you to show us textures that are not velvet-like). However, we do require a velvet red color to be used for the background because it will make up part of our corporate image in other areas.

No debería tener

• We are not after new logo designs that deviate from our existing logo. We specifically want you to focus on improving our existing logo (see attached file).
