We need a logo for a company based in Qld Australia called Gilkeson Kemp Consulting. We work with businesses globally,( primarily in the manufacturing space), to identify oppportunities where they can improve efficiencies and increase profitability.

This may be through identifying improved business processes, analysis, revision and implementation of pricing strategy, business systems analysis, design and implementation or managing resourcing, projects or change within their business. We essentially help to pull all the elements of the business together to make it really cohensive, driving efficiency and effectiveness of business strategy.

Our most recent work for example was with a global liquor company where we analysed their current business processes and pricing strategy, and then designed and implemented new business processes and pricing that would improve operational efficiency, as well as profit delivery, throughout the business.
