Create a logo for a new community news website called Planet Trenton, that will be used on at planettrenton.com and social media.

This logo can be a pictoral mark, an abstract mark, a letter mark, or web 2.0 style. Retro might be great for this logo (think the Daily Planet, superman, etc.)

I am launching a new community news website for the city of Trenton, NJ. The site will cover politics, crime, the usual news stuff, but with an emphasis on positive things happening in the city and the arts. I will make heavy use of social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.). Trenton is an urban area/metropolis and the state capitol is located here.

Two icons people know Trenton for are the statehouse dome and the Trenton Makes bridge. Trenton used to be a major industrial city known for producing wire and pottery. Trenton was also a major site of the Revolutionary War. We still have colonial homes and reenactments. Washington crossed the river in Trenton.
