Pure Ground - Coffee Shop & Community Café

Pure Ground Coffee Shop & Community café is opening in a few months time in Portsmouth, UK, with a mission to serve the community by providing quality food & drink at affordable prices.

The café is being set up by Langstone Church (www.langstonechurch.com), in partnership with the local community association (Milton Village Community Association) who run the building to which our café is being added. Although it will be run by the church, it will be for everyone and nobody will be forced in any way to come to church or talk about God.

Langstone Church is an independent church, with a reputation in the area of being "the friendly church." We want Pure Ground to be an extension of church, so that friendly feel is key. Note also the second subtle meaning of the name - 1st it's about purely ground coffee, 2nd it's about a place that is special.
