FCRS is a small professional services company---offering Mediation and Arbitration services to facilitate the resolution of conflicts - typically civil lawsuits in their early stages.Two parties come with totally opposite perspectives of what will satisfy them....and the process guides and facilitates them to give and take - finally negotiating a settlement that both can live with (are equally unhappy with. One symbol is 2 circles (or squares or other equal shapes or 2 different shapes (since the parties have 2 different positions), ie., a circle and a triangle) overlapping one another. One circle is one party's position - the other the other party's position. The area where they intercept is the area where Mediation hopes to end up.
