Logo for High end, luxury, 25 Unit Townhouse Development in St.Catharines ONT, CAN

Name of development is: "The Towns @ Power Glen"
I'm not particular on how we use the upper and lower cases on the words. I think I DO want to keep the "@" sign in the logo.
This development has some modern elements with some traditional ones also. This will be a high end project for the area and will be very visible and in high demand. There are 25 units. I have included our company logo- Cairnwood Homes and also the lot plan, floor plan and elevations of the build. I would like the logo to be clean lined and feel crisp and modern but not over the top contemporary. The demographic is middle aged couples that are looking to downsize. From a brand recognition perspective- our company is fairly unknown...so I wonder if we should use the branding from our logo to put some of that in the Power Glen logo? Perhaps slate grey and white? Not sure if the Orange has a place? Maybe as a keyline...
